Session log — Discovery AI Phase 1, the resume after compaction

Read the three required documents (PHASE-1-RESUME.md, the verify-with-eyes skill plus references, and the Setshedi bio) and surfaced five open questions to Hasmukh. Nothing touched on any server. Awaiting his answers before locating the Discovery AI plugin on Tibaai.

Summary

This session is the resume point after the previous conversation ran out of context and was compacted. Yesterday a great deal was built (the live mashiko.medilearn.africa reference site, two new transportable skills, a verified bio folder for Prof Setshedi), but in the wrong shape. Hasmukh corrected the picture: the actual Phase 1 deliverable is just an HTML preview file produced by the Discovery AI plugin from tibaai.org running an interview against Prof Setshedi's verified material. The mashiko site is a reference for what good output looks like at the end of the chain, not the engine being demoed.

I read the three required files (PHASE-1-RESUME.md, verify-with-eyes/SKILL.md plus the three reference files, and Bios/Prof Mashiko Setshedi/bio.md) and surfaced the five open questions to Hasmukh. Nothing has been touched on any server. Awaiting his answers.

  • Phase 1's deliverable is one HTML preview file. No PageMotor instance, no DNS, no SSL, no live web address.
  • The handcrafted mashiko.medilearn.africa site stays as the reference benchmark and will not be modified.
  • Auto mode is off. No work begins until Hasmukh answers the five open questions.
  • Verify-with-eyes Mode C is binding for everything Discovery AI produces. Every claim about Prof Setshedi must trace to a specific quote from her interview answers, with hedges preserved.
  • The five questions, in plain English, that gate any further work:
  1. Where is Discovery AI kept (already on Tibaai or fetched from somewhere else)?
  2. Does Discovery AI use a thinking engine like Claude or ChatGPT, and if so where is the login key for that engine?
  3. Is the existing medistage.medilearn.africa/interview/ page already Discovery AI, or the older interview tool?
  4. Where does Discovery AI put the HTML preview when the interview finishes?
  5. Which web address is Prof Setshedi going to type in to start her interview?

Once Hasmukh answers the five open questions, the concrete next move (per Section 6 of PHASE-1-RESUME.md) is:

  1. Connect to the s2l VPS as root.
  2. Look in Tibaai's plugin folder for a discovery-ai folder, or anything named discovery-something or tibaai-something.
  3. If found, read its source to understand the questions it asks, the format of the answers, where the output lands, and whether it calls a thinking engine.
  4. If not found on Tibaai, search the rest of the s2l VPS.
  5. If still not found, ask Hasmukh where to fetch it.
  6. Once located, install on whatever site Phase 1 demos from, run the interview against the verified Setshedi material, save the HTML output, open it in a browser, and report.

Hard rules carrying forward (no changes from PHASE-1-RESUME.md Section 7):

  • Plain English only, British and South African conventions, no technical jargon, no em dashes.
  • Verify-with-eyes Modes A, B, C and the meta rule are all live.
  • Never modify s2l.online, vodalibrary.online, the live medilearn.africa, staging.medilearn.africa, cpd.medilearn.africa, or mashiko.medilearn.africa.
  • May install Discovery AI on medistage.medilearn.africa if needed for the demo, with explicit confirmation from Hasmukh first.
  • Never republish anything flagged sensitive in bio.md (LinkedIn credentials, mobile number).
  • No fabrication. Every fact Discovery AI surfaces about Prof Setshedi must be traceable.
  • Material progress is logged in this file as the session continues.
