Notes

Explained that Groups in Claude Code are simply folders for organising sessions in the sidebar. They let you create a new group or move a session into an existing one, purely for tidying up the session list. Groups do not affect session content, memory, or which project the session is tied to. Useful for keeping s2l.online, medilearn, and Vodalibrary sessions visually separated.
