New photo uploaded as setshedi-2026.webp to avoid clobbering the existing setshedi.jpeg until we knew Hasmukh wanted the swap site-wide. Once confirmed, all references were updated to point to the new file.
Old setshedi.jpeg left on the server (not deleted) in case it is needed for rollback.

Changes made

Backed up the homepage content row to /root/backups/medistage/ on the server.
Inserted a new "Our UCT Partnership" section into the medistage homepage, between the "Browse past events" Recent Events banner and the "Not a webinar" section.
Uploaded the new portrait of Prof Setshedi as /user-content/uploads/setshedi-2026.webp on medistage.
Updated the homepage img src from setshedi.jpeg to setshedi-2026.webp.
Updated the ML_Past_Events plugin option so the Prof Setshedi event card on the Past Events page uses the new photo.
Updated the ML_Speakers plugin option so the Mashiko Setshedi speaker page and her thumbnail on the Speakers list use the new photo.
Verified live: homepage, /past-events/, /speakers/, and /speakers/mashiko-setshedi all return 200 and reference setshedi-2026.webp.

Follow-ups

Decide whether to delete the old setshedi.jpeg from /user-content/uploads/ once everyone is satisfied with the new photo.
If similar UCT partnership block is wanted on staging.medilearn.africa, replicate there.
