Session log — Reviewer and documentation password resets, site inventory
Summary
Hasmukh reopened an older worktree session in the late afternoon with a string of access questions. The forgotten password for reviewer.s2l.online was reset and both login areas tested and working; vodalibrary.online was investigated and explained to need no password at all (magic-link sign-in, with hasmukh@gajjar.co.za as the only admin); and the admin password for documentation.mobilearn.africa was reset for the username hasmukh. A request to "pull the latest updates" failed because the GitHub access token on the Mac no longer has permission to read the ElmsPark-Studio storage area, but the requested list of all 12 live websites was produced anyway. Catch-up note reconstructed on 12 June 2026 from the saved conversation.
Decisions
- Passwords are kept only in scrambled form and cannot be read back, so both the reviewer and documentation passwords were reset rather than recovered (the same approach used earlier for tibaai).
- No change was needed for vodalibrary.online: sign-in is by an emailed link to hasmukh@gajjar.co.za, valid for 30 days at a time, with full admin rights.
- The failed update pull was left unresolved, with advice to ask Kenn to grant the access token permission; work on the server itself was unaffected.
Changes made
- reviewer.s2l.online: a new password was set for both usernames, admin (front page) and hasmukh (the personal /hasmukh/ area); both logins were tested and confirmed working; safety copies of the previous login files were kept on the server. The password value lives in the saved conversation, not in this note.
- documentation.mobilearn.africa: a new password was set for username hasmukh at the admin sign-in, with advice to change it to something memorable after signing in. The value lives in the saved conversation, not in this note.
- Informational only: all 12 live websites were listed, noting that medilearn.africa is now live in its own right, discovery.mobilearn.africa has appeared, and medistage.medilearn.africa no longer shows in the active list.
Follow-ups
- Tidy up the safety copies of the old reviewer login files once Hasmukh confirms he can sign in (offered in chat; no confirmation recorded).
- Ask Kenn to give the GitHub access token on this Mac read permission for the ElmsPark-Studio s2l-assistant storage area so future update pulls succeed.
- Confirm Hasmukh got into the documentation site and changed the password if he wants a memorable one.
